The next May 17th the Swiss people will vote for Complementary Medicine. Since 2005 several grouped association has politically insisted to bring Switzerland to a Referendum to vote a Constitutional article considering « complementary medicines » inside the health service policy of the Swiss confederation. The Swiss Parliament and the Swiss Federal Council have defined a project of modification of the Swiss Constitution introducing the following new article (art. 118a) « Complementary Medicine. In the frame of their competences, the Confederation and the Cantons will provide in considering complementary medicine ».
